Oh I love this! I still use my Away suitcases from the Rashida Jones collab they did in 2017! They’ve travelled the world with me. Just after they launched I was on a brand trip in New York with a beauty brand, I got into the lift at the hotel and THERE SHE WAS. When I was checking out later that week she saw me go past with my suitcase and she winked and me and said ‘I love your suitcase’ and to this date it’s still the coolest moment of my life 😂
I love their new edit, the colors are so good. Out of all the luggage brands I have tried Away is by far the best product with the best colors! I also thought their soft luggage launch recently was a brilliant example of a good launch, I was planning on writing about it at the time. They are one of the few brands I feel like continually exceeds my expectations on all fronts.
Away is such an interesting luggage brand because it doesn't seem to operate at all like its competitors. Their collaborations always involve travel in all its facets, which other brands would have done something with a fashion brand for a fashion week or something with Olympians. They are really at understanding the zeitgeist, and people who travel as in not just tourists or business people which is the main demographic for many luggage brands.
