Retail planner here…this series is so well written. One thing that I think was missed here, or could be/should be a whole lesson on it. for stores with multiple locations, how do you decide which physical stores carry what part of the assortment (Related to this, what do you carry in brick and mortar vs online only).
Yes - great points. Too much for a comment so maybe chapter 3.5. I think there is a lot to say about online and why you can’t just throw everything online blindly. Still needs to be merchandised.
