Also, I have a lot of feelings about microtrend burn-out, I'm looking specifically at the desert aunt microtrend when I write this. I love and adore the person who coined it, but when I heard it I felt burnt out on the constant naming of things.
I love when we can break things down, but at the same time I feel like my style is so specific one title that can be applied to others can’t also capture my style, right? It’s a confusing and complicated thing.
Ahhh love! Remember those Prada mesh bags a little bit ago? Some had polka dots? Some still floating on those off-retail cites, Cettire et al. And I saw the Alaia red IRL recently and it's SO good. Love La Ligne is so many ways -- their T dress has my heart! (And only a Roe-supporter has my vote). And so appreciate the callout. xx
